With rich experience she now heads the team of embryologists at Bavishi Fertility Institute. She constantly looks after the quality of lab work done, lab maintenance schedules, training and performance of lab staff and finally the success rate of different ART procedures. She is also expert in trouble shooting in lab. She brings all pioneering technologies to lab.
